Duplicate Diplomas 

• Duplicate diploma orders may only be submitted by the degree holder. Family members or others are prohibited from submitting an order for the graduate.  
• Diplomas will not be released for graduates with a hold on their account. 
• Diploma orders can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. 
• The duplicate diploma will include the degree name listed in our records. If you have changed your name or would like to verify the name in our records prior to submitting your order, please contact us through our General Inquiry request form.

2026 graduates and beyond, we recommend that you do not use this form to order an electronic copy It will take much longer than it will if you use the link our vendor issued to you for ordering directly from their site. Please review the “Ordering an Electronic Copy of Your Diploma” section below.  

If you graduated from the Spring 2026 term or later, you will receive an email containing a link that will allow you to purchase a certified electronic copy of your credential when it is available from our trusted partner, Paradigm. The email will be sent to your University email address. You will submit your order through Paradigm, not the University. The cost is $15.
