Steps for Enrollment/Registration

1. Sign into myZou
- First-time users can use our helpful guide here

2. Check for any “holds”
- Click on the “Notifications” tile
- See details concerning which unit placed a hold on your account and contact that office for instructions

3. Meet with academic advisor
- Select the “Academic Records” tile to find your academic advisor
- For tips on contacting an undergraduate advisor go to advising.missouri.edu/contact
- For tips on contacting a graduate advisor find your academic department contact a gradstudies.missouri.edu/degree-programs
- International students should go to international.missouri.edu/isss/current-students/enrollment-guidelines
- New undergraduate students will meet with their academic advisor during new student orientation. Find more information at newstudent.missouri.edu
- Visitors and other non-degree seekers will not have appointment times. Visit the Academic Calendar for semester or term dates of enrollment for “Visiting students and dual high school registration.”

4. Select classes
- Select the “Manage Classes” tile to view available courses
- Use the Schedule Planner to build your ideal schedule options
- You may watch the Schedule Planner How To video

5. Load your selected classes from the Schedule Planner into the shopping cart in myZou
- Follow enrollment instructions: How to use schedule planner
- Click finish enrollment and follow instructions

6. At your enrollment appointment time, or later, complete enrollment process in myZou
- Select the “Manage Classes” tile, then select “Enrollment”

7. Verify enrollment in myZou
- Select the “Manage Classes” tile
- For information on making changes to your schedule, visit our Add/Drop & Withdrawal page
- Undergraduates should visit advising.missouri.edu/registration/modifying-schedule
