A student’s account is billed for the full account balance for each payment date. However, a minimum payment is allowed. The required minimum payment must be made by the due date to avoid being subject to sanctions or cancellation. The due date is the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due the previous working day.

Cross Enrollment & Easy Access Registration

Students cross-enrolled through Columbia College or the Mid-Missouri Associate Colleges and Universities Consortium (MMACU) may begin registering. Students enrolled through Easy Access may begin registering.

Late Registration

A student cannot register in classes offered by any school or college after one week following the first day of classes in a regular semester or the equivalent period of time for other sessions or classes. Class session meeting dates may be found in the class details on myZou.

A late registration fee equal to the tuition for one undergraduate credit hour will be assessed starting the first day of classes for the regular session for the term. More about late registration.

Check “My Class Schedule” in myZou, and click on the calendar icon under “deadline” for a specific class. The deadlines for dropping and withdrawing are shown on this screen.

If a student wishes to drop a class after the last day to drop a course without a grade, the process is referred to as withdrawing from a course.
