Data for this publication were compiled by the University of Missouri-Columbia Registrar's Office. Enrollment counts were taken from official reports generated each fall semester. Fall semester enrollments are routinely used for comparison of academic year statistics. The University of Missouri uses the twentieth day of classes in a 16-week semester as the census date.
Students are counted in the school/college under which their primary degree program is listed. All statistics are calculated using on campus students unless otherwise noted. This is the 14th annual publication of enrollment statistics. We welcome comments concerning the report, suggestions for its improvement and requests for additional information.
