Withdrawal from the University
A student who wishes to withdraw from the University must process the appropriate notice of withdrawal form (PDF) in the dean’s office of the school or college in which they are registered. In no case may the withdrawal be dated after the last scheduled day of course work.
Withdrawal forms will normally be dated according to the date the request was first received with the following exception: When health or other critical circumstances constitute the reason for withdrawal, the dean may designate an earlier date to which academic rules will apply.
