Grades for withdrawn students
No grades will be assigned to a student who officially withdraws from a course or the University before the 26th day of the fall or spring semester, or the equivalent period of time for other sessions.
A student who officially withdraws from a class or the University on or after the 26th day must get the Class Withdrawal Verification of Grade Form from their Academic Advising Office. The form must be signed by the course instructor. Students may be assigned a grade of W (withdrawn) or F (fail). (F is assigned to students failing at the time of withdrawal.)
