Grades for withdrawn students
No grades will be assigned to a student who officially withdraws from a course or the University before the 26th day of the fall or spring semester, or the equivalent period of time for other sessions.
A student who officially withdraws from a class or the University on or after the 26th day must get the following forms from their Academic Advising Office.
- Class Withdrawal Verification of Grade Form
The Class Withdrawal Verification of Grade form must be signed by the course instructor. Students may be assigned a grade of W (withdrawn) or F (fail). (F is assigned to students failing at the time of withdrawal.)
- University Withdrawal Form
The University Withdrawal form must be completed and submitted to the Office of the University Registrar for withdrawal to be officially completed.
