Name changes
Once you have graduated and are not a student at MU, you are no longer permitted to change your name in our records. This policy ensures that any further documents that are requested are historically correct and will reflect the name under which you earned your degree at this University.
Replacement diplomas
You may request a replacement diploma when the diploma has been lost or destroyed by completing the duplicate diploma order form (PDF).
